Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

We aim to ship all orders within 2-3 working days. We use DPD and Royal Mail for 48 hour tracked delivery as standard, however if you need a speedy gift, you can upgrade this at checkout!

We use carbon neutral shipping for all orders.

Bespoke orders are excluded from this timeframe and will be discussed directly with you.

All the packaging we use fully recyclable.

 

RETURNS

We hope you love your order, however if you are not happy with it you can return the item(s) within 14 days of the original purchase date.

To start the return process please contact us at hello@onelittleacorn.co.uk. Unfortunately, we cannot accept items sent back without starting this process.

All returned items must be in the same condition as they are when shipped with no damage to the product or packaging.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return postage charges, however if the item is faulty please contact us to discuss this.

We highly recommend using a trackable postage method when returning items as we cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to an item.

 

EXCEPTIONS/ NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Unfortunately, bespoke orders or sale items are unable to be returned.

 

DAMAGED/FAULTY ITEMS

If there are any issues with your item, please get in touch with us within 14 days of receiving your order. Please email us at hello@onelittleacorn.co.uk with a description of the issue and any photos and we will aim to resolve this as quickly as possible.

 

REFUNDS

Once we have received the return, we will notify you by email and let you know this is being checked. Once it has been checked and meets the return conditions then we will refund you via the original payment method, please note this may take several business days for your bank to process. Unfortunately we are unable to refund the cost of shipping.
